AT&T was established as a limited company in 2007 in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
AT&T provides aviation consultancy and training services to companies operating in the North Caspian Sea area.
In January 2012 AT&T was approved by the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out language testing to the ICAO standard, for both Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers.
The system of testing, known as TEA (Test of English for Aviation) which was developed by the Mayflower College, in Plymouth, UK was also given approval by the Committee at this time.
