Traditional fixed wing or Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL), with high resolution cameras.  They have the advantage of being easily transported, has autonomous take-off and landing and is relatively easy to operate. It also features onboard data logging.

The ground station shows the flight progress and UAV parameters. It is also used to programme the task before take-off or to update the flight plan during a mission.

 

Confined area landings are possible, within certain limits.

 

With a speed of up to 100 kmph and a duration of up to 1 hour and 45 minutes, this UAV will cover a lot of ground, giving a resolution of 1.5cm to 30cm per pixel using the 42mp built in camera.

 

Covering large areas in one flight, makes it an ideal platform for line survey work and Search And Rescue.

 

This use of this UAV would include the use of Pix4D, a fully automated 3D processing desktop software which automatically creates a precise geo-referenced orthomosaic and digital elevation model (DEM).

 

An Single Spektrum camera can also be mounted on this platform.
